Am I too old to be learning this? When is it too late?

You are never too old to learn how to dance. A fair number of our customers are actually over 50. After a lifetime of not feeling comfortable dancing they (and sometimes their wives) have decided it was time to finally learn.

What if I have no rhythm at all?

We have yet to meet a guy that hasn’t been able to find his rhythm through our program. Usually when guys feel they have no rhythm it means they just feel too overwhelmed and nervous when entering a dance floor to hear, feel, and move to the music correctly. Every guy feels that when starting off which is why we designed our program to teach you the essentials of rhythm first so you can better master the individual moves.

What if my body is really stiff? I don’t work out much and not flexible like a dancer.

We show you a series of exercises that will help loosen you up, but also it’s important to note that a lot of the stiffness just comes from being nervous. Most guys will naturally tense up on the dance floor and will move as little as possible to try to not be seen. We cover this topic in depth to ensure you never look ‘stiff’ but instead move with confidence and natural fluidity.

How long will it take me to become good at dancing?

Our program is structured to teach you all the essentials and have you dancing confidently within two weeks. That being said, you will probably begin seeing results on the first day when we show you how to find your rhythm. Also, some customers prefer an accelerated program and have learned the essentials within just one week (when prepping for a wedding, prom, or other major event). You can double up on effort and time and breeze through the program in one week if you choose, though we feel maximum effect is gained within two weeks of following the program.
